As one of ML Property Groups Founders and Leader, Sabra has over three decades of experience in multifamily management. She provides strategic and motivational leadership for MLPG’s day-to-day functions. Sabra brings extensive experience with conventional, student housing and affordable housing. Her experience also extends to new development, acquisitions and rehabs. 

Sabra started in the industry as a leasing agent and has held positions as Regional Manager, Regional Vice President and Vice President of Operations with previous companies. She is an active member of the Atlanta, Asheville and Nashville Apartment Associations. Sabra holds several certifications including Certified Apartment Manager and LIHTC.

Erica is an operations ace, providing strategic support to the entire Operations team. Erica works closely with the communities to drive initiatives, implement process and program improvements, and maximize community performance. Active in the multi-family industry since 2003, Erica’s experience includes large renovation projects from acquisition to stabilization. She has overseen a variety of project types including conventional housing, affordable housing, active adult, and student living.

Tiffany Abraku has had the pleasure of being a part of the ML Property Group team since 2017. Prior to joining ML Property Group, she was employed by Gables Residential, Equity Residential, Laramar Group, and Pegasus Residential as a senior manager. Tiffany has been in the property management industry since 1996.

Tiffany Abraku serves as Operation Specialists. In this role, Tiffany manages the onsite and corporate support department. She works closely with senior leadership to develop operational processes as they relate to the day-to-date operations. In addition, she assists with the annual budgeting process, corporate events, and operation organization.

As a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional, Michelle Lee has been meeting the accounting needs in the Atlanta area for over 30 years. She currently works as an Accounting Manager for ML Property Group, handling financial services for property management companies in the area. She specializes in preparing asset, liability, and capital account management and analysis, as well as all monthly financial statements.

Michelle got her start in the accounting industry when she was in high school, where she interned for a Real Estate company in IL. During her internship, she learned to work as part of a team to fulfill all necessary tasks, including AP, check preparation, bank reconciliations, payroll reconciliation for real estate and construction companies.

After moving to FL she joined the staff for a CPA firm, doing all accounting procedures including general ledger posting and balancing, preparation of taxes and interim reports, and payroll reports.
