Assistant Community Manager:

The Assistant Community Manager is responsible to lease apartments, retain residents, market the property, and handle administrative and financial responsibilities for the property. This position is responsible to oversee the property in the absence of the community manager and is designed to prepare individuals for a position as a community manager. An assistant community manager will be asked to assume greater responsibilities upon absorbing and applying knowledge of all aspects of property management as well as displaying maturity and good judgment.

The Director of Operations  (DO) is responsible for the tactical management, execution, and effective communication of the company’s strategic direction to a portfolio of apartment communities in a given geographic area. The DO is a leader focused on the overall financial performance of the portfolio and on the objective of providing an optimal return to investors.


Director of Maintenance:
Support Center


The Director of Maintenance works throughout the portfolio on various assignments and projects. The Director of Maintenance reports directly to the VP of Facilities Management. This role requires multifamily experience is all areas of service including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVA, appliances, and pools. Rehab and construction experience is a plus.

The Service Grounds/Punch Technician reports to the Property Manager under the supervision of the Service Supervisor and performs general maintenance and repair to ensure apartment units and other property facilities are in good working order. Responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units; electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures; plumbing, carpentry, and locks. The MT follows a planned preventative maintenance schedule and follows up with residents after repairs are complete. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with preparing vacant apartment units for rental and also landscape and renovation projects.

The Maintenance Rover is assigned to different locations within the portfolio to complete particular projects at the communities. The Maintenance Rover partners with the Service Manager at the community if assigned to stand in a particular position during his assignment.

The painter is responsible for all interior painting duties, including cleanup of all jobs assigned. This includes overall preparation, preservation, and maintaining the physical appearance of all units in the community. The painter is to also assist with other duties as needed.

The Service Manager manages all service requests, preventative maintenance, and amenity area maintenance for their assigned community. The Service Manager partners with the Community Manager regarding oversight of all maintenance-related activities/initiatives and in achieving all community goals.
