Assistant Community Manager


The assistant community manager is responsible to lease apartments, retain residents, market the property, and handle administrative and financial responsibilities for the property. This position is responsible to oversee the property in the absence of the community manager and is designed to prepare individuals for a position as a community manager. An assistant community manager will be asked to assume greater responsibilities upon absorbing and applying knowledge of all aspects of property management as well as displaying maturity and good judgment.

Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Spanish)


Fluency in written and spoken Spanish required. The Leasing Consultant’s primary job is to rent apartments, whether it’s to a new prospect or a current resident. The Leasing Consultant will also be responsible to assist the community manager and assistant community manager as directed.

Certified Service Technician 


The Service Technician assists the Service Manager in maintaining the physical integrity and safety of the community. This involves ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and employees. The position requires use of good judgment, as many of the assigned tasks are completed with little direct supervision. The Service Technician applies his/her knowledge of, but not limited to, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing to diagnose and make repairs on a daily basis. The position requires a flexible work schedule, including an on-call schedule, availability to work weekends, evening, and holidays.

The Community Manager is fully accountable for all property operations. Leadership ability is a must, as the Community Manager is the leader of the site team. The purpose of the Community Manager is to effectively manage and coordinate activities and available resources in order to accomplish property, owner, and company objectives. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy and income levels, increasing property values, and minimizing property operational expenses while maintaining a quality product.

The Director of Marketing spearheads all marketing initiatives, marketing platforms, and branding across the MLPG portfolio. The Director of Marketing is responsible for supervising and managing both executive and on-site marketing functions. The Director of Marketing will also manage and serve as the main point of contact for MLPG’s digital learning platform, GROW. Through inspiration, collaboration, and innovation – the Director of Marketing is to guide his/her team in delivering industry-best marketing, leasing, and training efforts.

Service Manager


The Service Manager manages all service requests, preventative maintenance, and amenity area maintenance for the property. The Service Manager partners with the Community Manager regarding oversight of all maintenance-related activities/initiatives and in achieving all property goals. The Service Manager is responsible to oversee a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Service Grounds/Punch Technician


The Service Grounds/Punch Technician reports to the Property Manager under the supervision of the Service Supervisor and performs general maintenance and repair to ensure apartment units and other property facilities are in good working order. Responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units; electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures; plumbing, carpentry, and locks. The MT follows a planned preventative maintenance schedule and follows up with residents after repairs are complete. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with preparing vacant apartment units for rental and also landscape and renovation projects.

Floating Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Spanish)


Fluency in written and spoken Spanish required. The Floater’s primary job is to rent apartments, whether it is to a new prospect or a current resident between two properties. The Floating Leasing Consultant will also be responsible to assist the community manager and assistant community manager as directed.

Requires multifamily service experience as a multi-site Service Manager.  Must have experience in all areas of service including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, renovations, construction and pools.  Reports directly to Director of Service.
