Assistant Community Manager:
Atlanta Region


The Assistant Community Manager is responsible to lease apartments, retain residents, market the property, and handle administrative and financial responsibilities for the property. This position is responsible to oversee the property in the absence of the community manager and is designed to prepare individuals for a position as a community manager. An assistant community manager will be asked to assume greater responsibilities upon absorbing and applying knowledge of all aspects of property management as well as displaying maturity and good judgment. 


Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Spanish):
Bella Vista


Fluency in written and spoken Spanish required. The Bilingual Leasing Consultant’s primary job is to rent apartments, whether it is to a new prospect or a current resident between two properties. The Leasing Consultant will also be responsible to assist the community manager and assistant community manager as directed.

The Community Manager is fully accountable for all property operations. Leadership ability is a must, as the Community Manager is the leader of the site team. The purpose of the Community Manager is to effectively manage and coordinate activities and available resources in order to accomplish property, owner, and company objectives. The Director of Operations (DO) is responsible for the tactical management, execution, and effective communication of the company’s strategic direction to a portfolio of apartment communities in a given geographic area. The DO is a leader focused on the overall financial performance of the portfolio and on the objective of providing an optimal return to investors. 

 


Floating Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Spanish)


Fluency in written and spoken Spanish required. The Floater’s primary job is to rent apartments, whether it is to a new prospect or a current resident between two properties. The Floating Leasing Consultant will also be responsible to assist the community manager and assistant community manager as directed.

The Leasing Consultant’s primary job is to rent apartments, whether it’s to a new prospect or a current resident. The Leasing Consultant will also be responsible to assist the community manager and assistant community manager as directed.

 


Grounds/ Punch Technichian: 
Forest Edge


The Grounds Keeper/Punch Technician reports to the Property Manager under the supervision of the Service Supervisor and performs general maintenance and repair to ensure apartment units and other property facilities are in good working order. Responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units; electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures; plumbing, carpentry, and locks. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with preparing vacant apartment units for rental and also landscape and renovation projects.

The Leasing Consultant’s primary job is to rent apartments, whether it’s to a new prospect or a current resident. The Leasing Consultant will also be responsible to assist the community manager and assistant community manager as directed.

The Service Manager manages all service requests, preventative maintenance, and amenity area maintenance for the property. The Service Manager partners with the Community Manager regarding oversight of all maintenance-related activities/initiatives and in achieving all property goals. The Service Manager is responsible to oversee a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

The Service Manager manages all service requests, preventative maintenance, and amenity area maintenance for the property. The Service Manager partners with the Community Manager regarding oversight of all maintenance-related activities/initiatives and in achieving all property goals. The Service Rover is assigned to different locations within the portfolio to complete particular projects at the communities. The Service Rover partners with the Service Manager at the community if assigned to stand in a particular position during his assignment.

The Service Rover must have the ability to manage all service requests, preventative maintenance, and amenity area maintenance for the property. The Service Rover is assigned to different locations within the portfolio to complete particular projects at the communities. The Service Rover partners with the Service Manager at the community if assigned to stand in a particular position during his assignment.

The position requires a flexible work schedule, including an on-call schedule, availability to work weekends, evening, and holidays.
